I am a transitions expert, having completed sucessful careers in the federal, non-profit and for profit arenas.  I am passionate about the power of women to work collaboratively and generously to accomplish remarkable outcomes in communities.

As thousands of us stand on the cusp of “retirement”, I see many of us changing our focus to address community needs with wisdom and creativity as ” our passion meets the world’s needs”.

I am exploring the ways that partners can better support and promote each others’ search for meaning and joy in this next chapter of life.

I welcome the opportunity to help younger women as well as they explore next steps in their career path, using the network of women whose experience they build upon to create support, connection and comraderie on the journey.
